Contest Description: Her Moment: A Mother’s Day Experience registration period will begin on April 17, 2026, and the registration period will end on May 1, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Prizes will be awarded for two weeks followed by the grand prizes awarded at an event held in DALLAS FORT-WORTH on May 3, 2026.

Radio stations to begin announcing, “Her Moment: A Mother’s Day Experience”. DFW Listeners will be eligible to win either a $100 cash prize, a Louis Vuitton bag, and/or a chance for a grand prize at the Her Moment event courtesy of The Godsey Law Firm and IJustGotHit.

How To Enter: During the Contest Period, entrants may nominate a deserving mother through one of the following methods:

• Call-In Entry: Listeners may call participating radio stations when prompted and submit a nomination live or through station screeners. Selected callers may be eligible to win $100 cash prizes.
• Website Entry: Entrants may visit the Contest Landing Page at IJustGotHit.com and submit a completed nomination form including their contact information and a written story describing why the nominated mother deserves recognition. Website entries will be eligible for Louis Vuitton prize selection.
• Phone Line Entry: Entrants may call the designated Godsey Law Firm phone line and, after the beep, record a 30–60 second voice message including their name, contact information, the nominee’s name, and a brief explanation of why the nominee deserves recognition. Phone entries to the IJustGotHit designated number will be eligible for Louis Vuitton prize selection.
  
  

All entries will be reviewed. Louis Vuitton prize winners will be selected from website submissions. All entrants, regardless of entry method, will be eligible for selection to attend the Event and receive one of 10 grand prizes.

All winners can expect to be informed of their selection via live on-air announcement, text, phone call, and/or email. IJustGotHit (“Sponsor”) reserves the right to disqualify anyone not following all Official Rules. All entries become the property of Sponsor.

Selection of the Winner: Sponsor will choose the winners, in its sole discretion, through a combination of live on-air selection, random selection, and internal review of submitted stories. Daily prize winners will be selected by participating radio stations. Louis Vuitton winners will be selected from eligible website submissions. Event invitees will be selected by Sponsor based on submitted stories and overall campaign criteria. Final grand prize winners will be selected from among Event attendees. All decisions are final.

Limitations: You must be nominated by a third party; self-nominations will not be awarded. Limit one entry per household. Limit one prize per winner. Limited to 18 and older to enter and win. Cash Prizes Limited to Dallas Fort-Worth and Houston area residents only. The “Her Moment” event grand prize is Limited to Dallas Fort-Worth area residents only.

Prize: Eight (8) winners will receive a $100 cash prize awarded Monday through Thursday during the Contest Period. Two (2) winners will receive a Louis Vuitton prize.

In addition, ten (10) selected mothers will receive an invitation to attend the Her Moment Event, each with one (1) guest.

At the Event, attendees will be eligible to win additional prizes, including:

• One (1) Louis Vuitton bag
• One (1) Spa Day Package (approximate retail value $300)
• One (1) Wellness Experience (approximate retail value $300)
  
  

All remaining Event attendees will receive a $100 gift card.

The actual retail value of prizes will vary. All expenses incurred in connection with the entry or the award or use of a prize not expressly specified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prizes are not transferable. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

Eligibility Restrictions: You must have a valid State of Texas Photo Identification Card to claim your prize. The name on the identification card must match the name of the contest entrant.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, any participating radio stations, and any promotional partners, as well as their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and individuals living in the same household of each, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win. Former employees of Sponsor or any participating entities, and their immediate family members, are also not eligible to participate in this contest.

By entering, you agree to all terms and conditions and these Official Rules pertaining to the Mother’s Day Giveaway. Those terms and conditions include the following: You agree to allow us to use and share any voice messages, written submissions, and content related to your entry. You understand that submitting your entry acts as consent to our access, use, and release of this content. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may determine the eligibility or ineligibility of your entry. 

Notification and Communication: All prospective winners will be notified via live on-air announcement, text, phone call and/or email to the contact information provided at entry before, on, or around April 27, 2026 for Event invitations. An email notification alone does not guarantee delivery of a prize. Once notified, all prospective winners must reply within 48 hours accepting their selection. A failure to respond within this timeframe will disqualify your entry. All communications will be conducted from Sponsor via phone, text, and/or email. A failure to receive a communication from Sponsor does not create an exception for entrant.

This contest is not sponsored by Facebook or Instagram in any way. This contest is not sponsored by any of manufacturers of the prospective gifts depicted on the contest website.

Claiming of Prize: Daily prizes may be distributed through participating radio stations or coordinated directly with Sponsor. Event invitations and Event prizes must be claimed by the actual winner. The designated Event location and details will be provided to selected winners prior to May 3, 2026.

In the event the winner cannot attend the Event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, determine an alternative method of prize distribution or reassign the prize.

All uncollected prizes will be forfeited sixty (30) days after final winner notification.

Taxes: All income, sales, use, withholding and other taxes (and the reporting thereof) imposed as a result of the award of a prize and any other fees or costs associated with acceptance and use of a prize are solely the winner’s responsibility. It is the winner’s responsibility to understand and abide by any federal, state, local or foreign tax laws that may apply to receipt of a prize. Winners may be required to complete certain Internal Revenue Service tax information reporting forms before or upon receipt of a prize.

Use of Information: By entering the contest, each entrant consents to and gives Sponsor and its affiliates, the Promotions Partner and any other party authorized by Sponsor, the unrestricted, absolute, perpetual, worldwide right and license, but not the obligation, (i) to use entrant’s name, address, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical and personal background information and statements, entry and related content and any notes, photograph, film or video or audio tape that may be taken of the entrant or of such materials (the foregoing, collectively, the “Likeness”), without further compensation, consideration, review, approval or notice to the entrant or to any third party, and (ii) to reproduce, copy, modify, create derivative works of, display, perform, exhibit, distribute, transmit or broadcast, publicly or otherwise, or otherwise use and permit to be used the Likeness or any part thereof, whether alone or in combination with other materials (including, but not limited to, text, data, images, photographs, illustrations and graphics and video or audio segments of any nature), in any media or embodiment now known or hereafter developed (including, but not limited to, any format of any computer-based, internet-based, electronic, magnetic, digital, laser or optical-based media), in connection with any of Sponsor’s, or the Promotions Partner’s (or their designee’s) advertising, publicity, trade, sweepstakes, giveaway or contests activities or materials (the “Promotional Materials”) for an unlimited number of times, except where prohibited by law. Each entrant waives any right to inspect or approve any Promotional Materials including or accompanying the Likeness. Each entrant further releases Sponsor and the Promotions Partner from any liability or obligation that may arise as a result of the use of the Likeness, including, without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of his or her right of publicity, and defamation (including libel and slander). Each entrant understands that the entire compensation for use of the Likeness is entry in the contest, and each entrant waives any right to residual income, royalties and any other income payment or any other benefit, which might otherwise accrue from the use of the Likeness.

Indemnity/Release: Each entrant indemnifies and holds harmless Sponsor and the Promotions Partner and their owners, directors, managers, officers, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any damage, liability or loss of any kind or nature to persons, including death or property, resulting in whole or in part, or arising from, directly or indirectly, or in connection with the contest or the award, acceptance, use, misuse, failure or inability to use, possession or loss of any prizes or any prize-related activity. Each entrant releases the Released Parties from any and all liability, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses of any nature, including, without limitation, personal property and personal injury damages arising out of participation in the contest, prize acceptance, use, misuse, failure or inability to use, loss or possession of any prize, participation in any prize-related activity and for all claims based on rights of publicity, personality, privacy or loss of enjoyment, moral rights, defamation or prize delivery. Under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, any punitive, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event will any entrant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or court costs. All causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest or the prizes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any provision.

Governing Law/Jurisdiction: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR OR THE PROMOTIONS PARTNER IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS. VENUE FOR ANY ACTION SHALL BE BROUGHT IN THE FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS LOCATED IN DALLAS, TEXAS.
